Practice Areas and Approach
Joe has many years of experience representing clients in New Jersey. He accepts the following types of cases:
- Estate planning– If you have significant financial assets, or if your loved ones depend on you for financial support, having a valid estate plan in place is essential. Joe can help you establish your estate plan and modify it any time your circumstances or estate planning goals change.
- Probate– When an individual dies, his or her estate must often pass through probate before property is distributed to heirs. Joe can help expedite this process and make sure the executor of the estate complies with all legal requirements.
- Landlord/Tenant – Landlord/tenant issues can be complicated and confusing, but Joe understands all of the complex laws that apply in these cases. Joe can help review landlord/tenant contracts, resolve disputes and help clients fight for their rights when one party fails to abide by a rental agreement.
Joe is an experienced, trustworthy attorney who always puts his clients’ needs first. Whatever your situation may be, you can count on him to be honest and forthcoming with you about your case at all times. He will also do his best to defend your interests both inside and outside of court.
